Subject	low fuel pressure

Message	I took my car into the shop becuase it was running rough after camshaft replacement and I couldn't figure it out. Problem was I had the oxygen sensors flip floped. That issue is resolved. However, now I am being told my fuel pressure is low coming into the engine bay reading 10 - 15 psi. They are suggesting a new fuel pump. Does this sound correct? Is there something else to check?
